Maike Lurk is an associate in the Dispute Resolution/Corporate Crime and Investigations practice group at our Frankfurt office. 

Maike advises and represents national and international companies on all aspects of white-collar crime law and accompanies internal corporate investigations. She also advises clients on the judicial and extrajudicial assertion of claims against those involved in white-collar crime. Another focus is the support of companies in the area of preventive criminal law advice, general compliance and risk management.

Background

Maike studied law at the University of Mannheim and the University of Connecticut School of Law. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe, where she worked, among others, for the Compliance, Investigations and White-Collar Crime team of a leading international law firm in Frankfurt.
