Mareah Younes works on corporate matters, assisting private equity clients and their portfolio companies in corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and investments.

Mareah’s work includes drafting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting corporate diligence and managing closing and post-closing processes. She also assists clients with corporate governance.

During law school, Mareah participated in a corporate law intensive program in New York, interned as a junior fellow at the Center for Law, Economics & Finance in Washington, DC, and served as a dispute resolution analyst for The Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York. She also served as a student representative and caseworker for the George Washington chapter of the International Refugee Assistance Project.

Prior to joining HSF Kramer, Mareah worked in the private equity mergers and acquisitions practice in both the Washington, DC and New York offices of one of the largest global law firms.
