- Reene Energy (former RJ Eurodevelopment) on the acquisition of a 50MWp ready-to-build photovoltaic project in Spain through the purchase of the project company from a major energy developer, including legal advice on the legal due diligence, assessing the project’s permitting and regulatory status, advising on the competitive bid process and negotiating the transaction documentation, as well as the management of a complex carve-out process to ensure the effective segregation of non-transferred assets and liabilities, enabling the acquisition of a construction-ready renewable energy asset.
