Marie Talarico works on litigation matters.

 

Marie returns to the firm after participating in the summer associate program in 2023. While in law school, Marie worked as a research assistant for the University of California, Berkeley Human Rights Center, and as a student counselor for the Workers’ Rights Clinic. She also interned for the Mwalimu Center for Justice (formerly the Capital Post-Conviction Project of Louisiana) in New Orleans, advocating for incarcerated people in post-conviction proceedings. Prior to law school, Marie worked as a staff member for the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
