Megan is a US Securities & Capital Markets Senior Associate based in London.
Megan advises companies and investment banks on cross-border equity and debt offerings, including Rule 144A and Regulation S transactions.
Megan joined the firm in May 2026. She was previously a Senior Associate at a leading international law firm and was seconded to the equity execution team of a major US investment bank in London. She spent one year practising in Hong Kong.
Complementing her core capital markets practice, Megan has also advised clients on ESG law and regulation and voluntary frameworks.
Megan is dual-qualified in New York and England & Wales.
