Mohammed is a Partner in the Corporate team at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in Riyadh.

He brings extensive experience across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including equity capital markets, restructuring, corporate governance, and general corporate advisory. He has particular knowledge in joint ventures, corporate regulatory issues, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mohammed advises a diverse client base comprising government entities, public and private companies, and family-owned businesses across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His strategic insight and practical approach have guided clients through complex transactions and high-value deals across various industries.

  • the Public Investment Fund on its joint venture with Saudi Tadawul Group Holding for the establishment of a voluntary carbon market in the Middle East and North Africa region*
  • King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), one of the largest real estate projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the region, on its sale of a 53-floor tower to Riyad Bank to become Riyad Bank’s headquarters*
