Naomi advises clients on complex cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions across the global energy sector.

Naomi has more than 10 years of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures with a focus on the energy sector, particularly upstream oil and gas, renewables, and the energy transition.

She supports buyers and sellers on international M&A transactions through both auction and bilateral processes, and regularly advises clients on high-value, complex cross-border energy transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Naomi also has significant in-house experience, having been seconded to a supermajor in the UK. She has spent substantially all of her career practising in London.

She is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and is currently applying to be registered as a Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi in Japan.
