Natcha has built a distinguished career focusing on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, and capital markets. She has extensive experience advising high-profile clients across various sectors on complex legal issues, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, foreign direct investment, and regulatory compliance.
In addition to her strength in M&A and capital markets, Natcha provides guidance on general corporate matters, helping clients navigate the intricacies of Thai corporate regulations.

Natcha has been awarded an LL.B. from Thammasat University with second-class honours, and two LL.M. degrees with merits: one from the University of Nottingham under the ASEAN Master Scholarship, and another from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow under the university scholarship.
