With extensive litigation experience across diverse sectors including manufacturing, services, investment, construction, and energy, Nicolas offers clients valuable insights into their risks and the practical implications of their cases. He works closely with them to develop an optimal litigation strategy tailored to their specific commercial and industry contexts.
 
Nicolas has developed a particular expertise in insurance litigation on behalf of policyholders. He regularly advises large French and international corporations on coverage disputes with insurers over losses impacting major projects in France and abroad.
 
Nicolas also excels in product-related disputes, involving both industrial and consumer products. In France, such disputes often involve multiple stakeholders and a regulatory aspect. Nicolas leverages his experience in court-supervised expert proceedings, product recalls and inspections by French regulators, along with his knowledge of the relevant regulatory and insurance frameworks, to develop comprehensive, coherent and effective strategies for his clients.
 
In addition to court litigation, Nicolas has substantial experience in international arbitration (ICC and EDF (European Development Fund)) and mediation (ICC and CMAP (Paris Mediation and Arbitration Center)).
