Nikki Ho
Nikki advises clients on project development and corporate transactions, with a focus in energy and infrastructure.
She has experience advising across the lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects, including the structuring and delivery of projects in gas transmission, power, renewable energy and other infrastructure sectors. Nikki’s experience also includes corporate and commercial transactions, including acquisition, divestments and joint ventures. Her previous in-house roles at Shell (Malaysia) and Jemena (Australia) provide valuable commercial and operational insight that complements her legal practice.
Background
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from King’s College London. She is admitted to practice in Victoria and NSW. Prior to joining HSF Kramer she worked in Malaysia at Christopher & Lee Ong(Rajah & Tann Asia) and Baker Mckenzie.
