Nina Jayne is a London based associate in the competition, regulation and trade group.
Nina specialises in competition litigation with particular experience advising on high profile competition claims and appeals in the High Court and Court of Appeal of England & Wales, as well as the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal. Her wider experience includes advising clients on digital regulation compliance and commercial disputes.
Nina is dual qualified in both Ireland and England & Wales and has experience in a broad range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, technology, retail/consumer goods and automotive. Nina maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on human rights law.
