Nora specialises in assisting clients with complex contentious matters, including fraud, banking and contractual disputes before the English courts, as well as commercial and investment arbitration. She has broad experience acting for clients across a range of sectors, including financial services and private capital.

- BNP Paribas in relation to high profile High Court proceedings issued by Vestia, the Dutch social housing authority, in connection with certain historic derivatives transactions. Vestia seeks restitution and/or damages in excess of €300 million
- a major global bank in connection with claims in excess of £1 billion relating to Cuban sovereign debt
- Jinxin Inc, a Chinese owned company, on its fraudulent misrepresentation claims in relation to the acquisition of 65% of a media rights company valued at $1 billion which almost immediately entered administration
- a real estate investment fund in an ICC arbitration concerning default under a facility agreement and guarantee

Background
Nora holds a double degree in French and English law from the universities of Strasbourg and Leicester, as well as an LLM from the London Schools of Economics. She graduated with distinction in the LPC before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2022.
