Panthira is a Bangkok-based associate whose practice focuses on dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, construction, and commercial litigation.

She has experience advising on complex construction and tort disputes, contract termination issues, and labour law matters, and has supported clients across a broad range of contentious proceedings in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining private practice, Panthira gained experience at the Office of the Attorney General, where she supported criminal prosecutions and case preparation. She is fluent in Thai and English and is known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented, and analytical approach.

  • a leading real estate developer and operator in litigation proceedings, one of which is a parallel proceeding with an ICC arbitration case, in relation to multiple complex contractual disputes revolving around the construction of an ultra-luxury mixed-use property. The total amount of the dispute value is approximately THB 30 billion
  • a Thai-listed real estate developer in a dispute against one of the residents arising from extensive damage caused by water leakage
  • a Thai manufacturer and service provider of refrigeration and cold storage solutions in a complex labour dispute brought by a high-ranking employee involving fraud and gross negligence issues
  • a global sports, fashion, events and media company headquartered in New York in relation to disputes over footage license agreement, along with the licensee's rehabilitation proceedings at the Bankruptcy Court in Thailand
