Prishika is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution practice with broad experience in complex commercial litigation.

Prishika has a breadth of experience in both domestic and international litigation, in federal and state courts, with an emphasis on high-stakes antitrust, financial services and cross-border disputes. She has extensive experience in all stages of the dispute resolution process. Prishika has first chaired several depositions involving complex antitrust issues, conducted witness interviews, and argued dispositive motions in both the New York Supreme Court and Appellate Division, First Judicial Department.

Prishika has represented clients in financial services, technology, real estate, and government.

In her pro bono practice, Prishika was part of a team that successfully worked in partnership with the American Civil Liberties Union of Colorado in settling a workplace discrimination dispute on behalf of pregnant and breastfeeding pilots against Frontier Airlines, alleging violations of the Civil Rights Act.  She also first chaired a trial in the New York Court of Claims seeking compensation for her client’s wrongful conviction and imprisonment for enterprise corruption.

In 2023, Prishika was named to Profiles in Diversity Journal’s annual list of Women Worth Watching in Leadership.

Background

Prishika is based in New York and is admitted to practice in New York and New South Wales, Australia. 

Prishika graduated from New York University with a Masters of Law specializing in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration. While at NYU, she was research assistant to Professor Franco Ferrari.

Prishika also holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics, and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney.

Prior to joining the firm, Prishika was an associate at New York litigation boutique, Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP, and before that worked for the Australian Government in litigation, and private international law policy.
