In addition to dispute resolution, Rachael regularly advises employers on compliance with rapidly changing federal, state and local employment laws and drafts workplace policies, procedures and agreements tailored to each client’s specific business needs. She also develops training programs for management, HR personnel and employees on compliance and best practices.

Rachael is committed to providing pro bono legal representation. She regularly advises nonprofits and other pro bono clients on employment-related matters, including counseling on independent contractor issues and drafting policies and employment agreements.
