Raihan Hossain
Raihan is a front-end projects, construction and public procurement lawyer.
Raihan advises on construction projects with experience in port, rail, water and waste infrastructure, real estate development projects, defence and bespoke engineering projects across the lifecycle of projects, from inception, procurement and delivery to operation, maintenance, decommissioning and renewal.
Raihan has advised clients on contracting options employing standard form (i.e. Australian Standard and FIDIC), industry based (i.e. ASDEFCON and other government suites) and bespoke contracts.
Raihan was previously in-house counsel at Australia's largest diversified property developer, working closely with commercial stakeholders to deliver on project outcomes.
