Sakura is an Associate in the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure practice in Tokyo.
Sakura advises clients on acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, commodity sales and business structuring, primarily in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.
Sakura is a native English and Japanese speaker and has experience supporting both domestic and international clients on a range of transactions.
Her experience includes secondments with Mitsubishi Corporation (based in Tokyo, Japan) and JERA Australia (based in Perth, Australia).
