Sean’s recent transactions include negotiating an office lease of more than 137,000 square feet at the historic Seagram Building in New York City on behalf of Blue Owl Capital; representing Property Markets Group in securing financing for a mixed-use construction project in Atlanta; and representing Customers Bank in providing note-on-note financing for various development projects across the country.
Sean also has an active and diverse pro bono practice, including acting as co-coordinator of the firm’s legal clinic at P.S. 188 The Island School.

Represented an investment fund in the origination of a $150 million mortgage financing of a hotel and condominium development located in Miami Beach, Florida.
Represented Blue Owl Capital in the negotiation of an office lease at 2180 Sand Hill Rd., Menlo Park, California.
Represented an investor in connection with a joint venture and then represented the joint venture in obtaining a $14.8 million loan to finance the acquisition and development of an industrial property in Jacksonville, Florida.
Represented Blue Owl Capital in the negotiation of an office lease amendment at 51 JFK Parkway, Short Hills, New Jersey.
Represented Property Markets Group in connection with obtaining a $182 million construction loan to finance the development of a mixed-use property located at 811 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia.
Represented Customers Bank in connection with its $54.5 million note-on-note financing of an approximately 330-unit multifamily community located in Jacksonville, Florida.
Represented Blue Owl Capital in the negotiation of an office lease and two subsequent lease amendments aggregating approximately 239,000 rentable square feet at 375 Park Avenue (the Seagram Building).
Represented an alternative asset manager in the acquisition of an office property in North Carolina.
