Skye is a Partner in our Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team in Melbourne, specialising in energy law and market design.
Skye advises her clients on their delivery of and investment in clean energy, water and waste projects, with a focus on wholesale market contracting and regulatory strategy. Skye has also advised governments and market bodies on high-profile energy market reforms in Australia and the UK.
Skye’s practice spans project structuring, bespoke funding models, regulatory framework design, complex revenue arrangements, grid connection and government support mechanisms.
With a true sector focus, Skye brings to bear quality international experience to support her clients to capitalise on the opportunities presented by volatile energy markets and policy settings.

Skye completed a double major in Geography and Ecology and graduated BSc/LLB (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
