Stuart is an associate in our corporate division specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
Stuart has experience advising across a broad range of matters, including public company takeovers, share acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations and listed company advisory work.
During his time at the firm, he has spent time on secondment at Kin and Carta (during its takeover in 2024) and at FTSE100 client, the British Land Company plc. Stuart has also completed a secondment in the Tokyo office.

- British Land on its recommended cash and share takeover of Life Science REIT for £150 million
- Kin and Carta plc on its recommended takeover by Valtech (a company controlled by funds advised by BC Partners) and competing bid from Apax Partners
- Maurel & Prom on the sale of its 20% stake in Seplat Energy for US$496 million
