Subhapitch (Prim) Bhalakula is an associate based in the Bangkok office.
She has extensive experience in cross-border commercial disputes, high-stakes litigation, and international arbitration, with a strong track record of success before courts and arbitral tribunals across Thailand and international jurisdictions. Her practice spans across sectors including energy, insurance, transport, infrastructure, TMT, financial services, real estate, and corporate crime. She is highly skilled in managing complex multi-jurisdictional cases, developing legal strategy and drafting legal documents. Prim also has a strong commercial mindset, which allows her to understand the business implications of legal decisions and provide practical, business-oriented solutions to her clients.
Prim has contributed to legal education as a guest lecturer at a leading university in Thailand. She is fluent in Thai, professionally proficient in English and French, enabling her to navigate both domestic and international legal environments with ease.
