Supadith is a corporate and M&A lawyer with well-grounded experience in data privacy and employment law.

He represents multinational and Thai clients in cross-border and domestic transactions including M&A, joint venture and corporate restructuring, covering a broad range of sectors including finance, asset management, manufacturing and industrials, consumer, food and beverage, and technology and media. He also advises on foreign direct investment, commercial agreements, corporate governance, shareholders and board advisory, and strategic shareholder disputes.

He has demonstrated proficiency in Thai data protection laws, advising clients on personal data handling, cross-border data transfers, and the preparation of data privacy documents such as privacy notices, consent forms, data transfer agreements, standard contractual clauses (SCCs) for international data transfers. Supadith also advises offshore funds, securities companies, commercial banks, digital asset platforms on cross-border financial service regulatory compliance, marketing restrictions for cross-border financial products offerings and services relating to securities, derivatives and digital assets. He often assists clients with Thai employment law matters, including complex employment termination and the preparation of employment documents.

Background

Supadith holds a Master of Law (LLM) from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws (First-Class Honours) from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. He is qualified as a Thai Barrister-at-Law and is a member of the Thai Bar Association. Admitted to practice in Thailand, he holds a lawyer licence and is also a notarial services attorney.
