Tebogo is a M&A / private equity lawyer specialising in various aspects of M&A including corporate reorganisations, managed disposals, black economic empowerment transactions, the establishment of employee share schemes, corporate governance and general corporate transactions.
Tebogo has both led and been a key member of teams that negotiated and implemented a variety of transaction agreements, corporate documents and complex private equity matters. Furthermore, he has spent several months on secondment at Standard Bank South Africa Limited wherein he assisted with various matters in respect of equity investments and equity finance.

- Ata Capital Proprietary Limited, a black-owned private equity firm, in respect of the restructure of the funds under its management*
- MTN Group Limited in respect of its internal group reorganisation of its fintech business across sub-Saharan Africa in anticipation of a managed disposal*
