  • EnergyAustralia on its agreement with the Victorian State Government in respect to the closure of Yallourn power station and development of the 350MW Wooreen BESS project and associated equity selldown.
  • Spark Infrastructure on its acquisition by a consortium comprising Ontario Teacher’s Pension Fund, the Public Sector Pension Investment Board and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P by scheme of arrangement.
  • Brookfield on the sale of Enwave Australia (comprising TasGas Retail, Tas Gas Networks and the Enwave district energy and utilities networks businesses) to Infrastructure Capital Group.
  • WestWind Energy on the sale of a 49% interest in its approximately 3-gigawatt wind farm development pipeline and business to Shell and entry into of associated joint venture/development arrangements.
  • Macquarie Capital on the sale of 80% of the equity in Lal Lal Wind Farms to Northleaf Capital and InfraRed.
