Victoria Brown

With over 10 years of experience in investment funds and managed legal services, Victoria combines her subject matter expertise with extensive experience in the set-up of process-driven outsourcings for clients in the asset management and financial services sector. Victoria has been instrumental in establishing several mandates for the Digital Funds team, resulting in the firm acting as a trusted partner to client in-house legal teams, and providing strategic space for clients.

Victoria trained with HSF Kramer in London before qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales. During her career with the firm, she has been seconded on several occasions to key asset management clients, assisting the in-house teams with the legal repapering project management and governance approvals required to effect internal restructurings and changes in fund regulation.

Victoria leads several BAU mandates for prime clients of the firm, including in relation to fund/entity establishments and marketing compliance reviews. Her current area of focus is conducting legal due diligence efforts for high-profile hedge fund and private equity investments, including exploring ways in which these transactions can be streamlined with the use of tech and GenAI.
