Violaine Brunet litigates complex intellectual property disputes — in particular, patent infringement and trademark cases — in both federal and state courts.
She has extensive experience representing international and U.S.-based corporations in all phases of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions and trial briefs, performing patent infringement analyses, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses. Her trial experience includes serving as a second chair for a federal felony jury trial in the Northern District of California. She also clerked at the Superior Court of Quebec.
