Wan Jian is an associate in the Singapore   Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team with a focus on M&A transactions and project development.

Wan Jian has experience advising clients on a wide range of matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals of shares, land and assets, in the Southeast Asia region, both generally and in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Background

Wan Jian graduated from the University of Reading with a First Class Honours. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017 and to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.

Wan Jian is dual-qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and an Advocate and Solicitor in Malaysia.

Wan Jian is fluent in English and Mandarin and has intermediate proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
