Yash is an Of Counsel in the firm's corporate practice with experience in private equity and private M&A.
Yashvini has extensive experience in a broad range of transactional work for corporate and private equity clients including private sales and acquisitions, private equity real estate transactions, joint ventures, portfolio company bolt-ons, management incentive schemes and minority investments. She has also assisted clients with corporate restructures, general corporate issues and commercial agreements.
Yashvini has practised in Australia, London and most recently Singapore, where she advises clients on transactions across a range of sectors in Asia.
