He advises and represents private credit funds, lenders, borrowers and underwriters in connection with structured finance, forward flow purchases and securitization transactions involving a wide variety of esoteric asset classes, including residential solar assets, home improvement loans, unsecured consumer loans, equipment leases, small business loans and merchant cash advances, subprime auto loans and leases, loan assets, residential PACE assessments and litigation finance.
Joint ventures, investments in, and acquisitions of, finance platforms and acquisitions of financial asset portfolios comprise a significant part of his practice.
David has significant experience in secured and unsecured commercial finance, representing funds, banks, business development companies and other companies as lenders and borrowers in asset-based financing in distressed and special situation investments.
