Eliza focuses on M&A, corporate advisory and governance matters across a range of sectors.
Eliza is a Senior Associate in the Corporate practice of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in Tokyo.
She advises Japanese and international clients, including listed and private companies, on a wide range of corporate transactions and advisory matters. She has practised in both London and Tokyo.
Eliza has particular experience in the financial services and fintech sectors. In 2024, she spent seven months on secondment to the M&A legal team at Lloyds Banking Group in London, where she assisted on UK and international acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.
