Emma is a member of the Luxembourg tax team.

Emma specialises in international corporate taxation, advising on investment fund structuring, cross-border transactions, real estate matters, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, structured finance, securitisations, corporate restructuring, and intellectual property. She can also assist with personal income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, tax disputes, and tax reporting.

Her previous experience at an international law firm in Luxembourg, as well as with a financial services provider, has further sharpened her ability to deliver strategic, business-oriented tax and legal advice tailored to clients’ needs.

Background

Emma joined the firm in 2025 and is currently preparing for the Luxembourg Bar Exam. She holds an LL.M. in International and European Tax Law from Maastricht University (Netherlands), as well as a Higher National Diploma, Master’s and Bachelor's degrees in international and European Business Law from Nancy (France).

She has previous experience at an international law firm and with a financial services provider in Luxembourg.
