James is an associate in the Real Estate division.
James trained at the firm and qualified into the real estate team in September 2023. He completed a 6-month secondment to Logicor as legal counsel in the real estate transactions team.
James advises clients on various real estate matters, including disposals, lettings, financings and asset management matters.

Background
James joined the firm in September 2021 as a trainee, rotating through real estate finance, real estate, real estate (Brisbane secondment) and disputes.
James graduated from Durham University in 2016 with a 2.1 in Theology. He completed the GDL in 2018 with a commendation and the Accelerated LPC in August 2021 with a distinction.
