Mark Chass’s practice focuses primarily on general bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

He has represented creditors' committees, bondholders, distressed investors, indenture trustees, bank groups, lenders and other parties in bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings and other distressed situations. Mark often advises hedge funds and other financial institutions on the rights and remedies of various debt holders and in understanding complex corporate and capital structures.
