Rachael Shek
Rachael is a partner in our commercial litigation group.
She specialises in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on joint venture and shareholder disputes, and private wealth disputes including contentious probate and administration. She works with major financial institutions, global corporates and other financial services providers as well as Hong Kong listed companies, global manufacturers, emerging tech enterprises, and ultra-high net worth individuals.
Rachael also advises on contentious employment matters, including disputes concerning bonus/profit share, termination and restrictive covenants, workplace investigations and discrimination and harassment cases.
Rachael has over 19 years’ experience as a litigator in Hong Kong and is a ranked disputes lawyer by Chambers from 2018-2026. Her recent awards and accolades include:
