Location and Transport links

The HSF Kramer Bangkok office is located at Central Park Offices, in the heart of Silom.

In addition to access by car, the office is conveniently connected to major public transport options:

•    MRT (Subway): Silom Station (Exit 2) 
•    BTS (Skytrain): Sala Daeng Station (Exit 5)

The building provides direct connectivity to both stations, offering convenient access for visitors.

Parking

The Central Park Offices car park can be accessed via both Rama IV Road and Silom Road.

Parking is shared with the retail mall. Spaces are available on the following levels: LG, B1, B2, and B3

Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved or pre-booked.

From the car park, visitors can use the shopping mall lifts to travel to: Ground Floor (G), or Level 6. From there, you can access the office lift lobby.

Entrance and exit

Reception
The building reception is located on the Ground Floor (G).

Service hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note that there is no concierge service available.

Registration
Visitors must register at the self-service kiosks on the Ground Floor (G) or Level 6.

A valid passport or ID card is required to obtain a QR code for building access.

Entrance and lift access

Access the office via the lift lobby on Ground Floor (G) or Level 6.

Use the Low Zone lifts (Levels 7–21) to reach the Bangkok office on Level 14.

Scan your QR code at the gate or lift area—the system will direct you to the correct lift.  

Assisted Entry
For assisted entry, please proceed to the Ground Floor reception.

For additional support, contact the Bangkok office reception in advance.

Accessible bathrooms

Wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are available on each floor within the building.

These facilities are located within the designated accessible restrooms on each level.

Reception

The Bangkok office reception is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Assisted listening systems

The assisted listening systems are available in meeting rooms. 

Wellbeing Room

This space is available for:   

• Baby Changing
• Nursing
• Prayer
• Rest Area (if you are feeling unwell)

Lighting can be controlled via the switch as you enter the room.

You are not required to book this space and it is accessible 24/7.

The room includes:

• Double sofa bed for resting
• Power outlet 
• Small desk with monitor
• Freezer compartment (dedicated for nursing mothers)
• First aid supplies (located on the side table)

Please note that there is no hygiene station available and disposable bed covers are not provided.
