Asset managers and investment funds face a changing and complex regulatory environment. Our global team of dedicated lawyers is at the forefront of regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions, advising key industry participants on their most significant projects.

We have a globally integrated team that advises asset managers seamlessly across investment funds and asset management regulation.

Our lawyers advise on private and listed fund formation and capital raising, limited partner-side investment, segregated mandates, fund regulated restructurings and secondaries. We work with our clients across a wide range of investment funds and mandates, covering all asset classes and both institutional and non-institutional investors.

We offer our clients leading insight on the latest trends in ESG and impact investing, helping them navigate the ever-shifting landscape around sustainable investing.

We also advise on the corporate elements of asset management, including distribution arrangements, incentive schemes, management, outsourcing and regulation. Together with our Digital Legal Delivery team, we offer our asset managers cost effective solutions for contracts review, large re-paperings as well as business-as-usual and overflow support.

To help clients achieve their objectives, our team draws on experienced practitioners spanning corporate, pensions, insurance, litigation, tax and employment and financial services regulation.

At the forefront of regulatory developments across the key finance hubs of the US, Europe, Asia and Australia, we are represented on policy and industry committees with regulators in key jurisdictions.
