Thomas is a senior associate in the energy transition and infrastructure finance team based in London. 

Thomas advises sponsors, lenders (including sovereign and multilateral banks and export credit agencies) and other key stakeholders on the financing of energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects, primarily in the UK and Europe. He has experience advising on a broad range of debt products and structures, including traditional project finance and PPP, multi-source platform finance, holdco finance, acquisition finance and commodity and trade finance.
