Alessandra Iandoli
Alessandra is a senior associate in the Italian Banking, Finance and Project Finance team. She is based in the Milan office.
Alessandra possesses extensive experience in a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border bank finance transactions, including general lending, leveraged and acquisition financing, real estate and project financing, syndicated loans, asset finance, corporate lending and debt restructuring. Alessandra advises banks, private equity funds, and both private and listed companies on all contracts and matters related to financing transactions.
She has been recognised among the "other key lawyers" in the Banking and Finance: Bank Regulatory ranking by The Legal500 2023.
