Emma is a corporate lawyer with significant experience advising on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and exits, and joint ventures. Emma specialises in infrastructure transactions, working across the breadth of the sector and with a particular focus on digital infrastructure. Emma acts for a range of clients including financial sponsors, funds and corporates – advising on all stages of the investment cycle.
