Lorenzo Fusco is of counsel and Head of the Italian Employment Practice.

He advises leading national and multinational companies on a wide range of employment-related matters, focussing on the hiring and termination of top managers, workforce reorganizations and restructurings, incentives and remuneration matters, domestic and cross-border transactions, as well as internal investigations and litigation.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Lorenzo supports clients across various sectors, from financial institutions and sponsors to industrial and logistics companies, on strategic employment and industrial relations matters.

He has been recognized in Chambers as an “Up and Coming” lawyer since 2025 and is a member of the Association of Italian Employment Lawyers (AGI).

Background

Lorenzo graduated from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and is admitted to the Milan Bar. Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, Lorenzo worked for a prestigious international law firm.
