Naomi is a planning lawyer within the London Real Estate team and advises on commercial and residential development with a particular focus on complex redevelopment schemes in London. Naomi advises on pre-application strategy, planning application development, section 106 and highways agreements, CIL, CIL phasing and CIL challenges, tall buildings, hotel redevelopments, environmental impact assessments, CLEUDs and implementation strategy and has experience at planning inquiries and at all levels of the court system.
She has significant experience of high-profile schemes in the City of London, the London Borough of Camden, the City of Westminster and the London Borough of Southwark. Naomi is experienced at working closely with clients to deliver their desired planning solutions and works very well with planning consultants and other planning professionals to deliver efficient results. She has been singled out in Legal500 UK as a key lawyer in the HSF Kramer planning team.
