Paul has advised on projects in Australia, Southeast Asia and North America, including the procurement, construction, financing, supply arrangements, and the operation and maintenance of large-scale energy, transport, mining, telecommunications and water projects. He also has experience advising in the resolution of disputes arising during the delivery of such projects.

Paul is licensed in Victoria, Australia and Texas, USA.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
