Rohan is an employment lawyer with a focus on enterprise bargaining and resolving business critical industrial relations disputes.

Described as ‘pre-eminent’ in his field by Doyle’s Guide, Rohan has a broad national practice spanning all aspects of employment law, with a particular passion for industrial relations – helping employers develop and implement strategies to achieve workplace change, navigate complex industrial and employment disputes, and resolve challenging enterprise bargaining rounds. 

Rohan is known for developing tailored solutions that meet broader commercial objectives while managing risk, and for bringing creative, practical “outside the box” thinking to challenging workplace issues.

He has also been at the forefront of the most recent industrial relations reforms, having acted on the first test cases on the new multi-enterprise bargaining laws and same job same pay laws.

Rohan is also the creator and anchor of the industrial relations vlog and podcast series InsideIR (available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other podcast sources) and co-creator and co-facilitator of the joint HSF Kramer and Melbourne Business School inaugural industrial relations negotiation program for senior executives, HR leaders and industrial relations practitioners.
