- one of the largest energy companies in Thailand in filing of an appeal regarding the administrative order issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission in relation to a pipeline transfer
- one of the consortiums consisting of a public company being a majority shareholder of Bangkok mass transit system company, a regional airline based in Bangkok and one of the largest engineering and construction public companies in Thailand in a dispute regarding an international airport project at the Central Administrative Court
