- a leading oil & gas company in a litigation at the Central Administrative Court against the Energy Regulatory Commission in relation to the shortfall arising from the sellers' failure to deliver the required amount of gas to the client within the delivery period and the client's calculation of the pool gas price
- one of the largest energy companies in Thailand in filing of an appeal regarding the administrative order issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission in relation to a pipeline transfer
- one of the consortiums consisting of a public company being a majority shareholder of Bangkok mass transit system company, a regional airline based in Bangkok and one of the largest engineering and construction public companies in Thailand in a dispute regarding an international airport project at the Central Administrative Court
- a major mobile service provider in Thailand in a telecommunication dispute at the Administrative Court with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC) and the state-owned telecommunication company with regard to the utilisation of the 900 MHz frequency
