Emmanuel Le Galloc'h
Emmanuel is Of Counsel in the Paris Finance & Restructuring team.
He has extensive experience advising lenders and financial institutions on a wide range of complex domestic and cross border financing transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated loans, refinancings, LBOs, financings and structured debt solutions.
Emmanuel regularly advises banks and debt funds LBO corporate and acquisition financing (including multicurrency revolving and term loan facilities, and growth and acquisition financings), including transactions featuring mezzanine tranches.
He has significant experience in transactions incorporating ESG and sustainability linked mechanisms, notably sustainability linked loans, and frequently assists lenders throughout the full lifecycle of financing transactions, from structuring and negotiation to implementation and post closing matters.

- The senior lenders on the €70m financing of the LBO of Naxicap Partners over Synchrone Group. This financing includes a term loan C
- The senior lenders on the financing of two built ups (in Switzerland and Spain) by Piex (an investment of LBO France). This financing includes a term loan C
- The senior lenders on the €65m financing of the LBO of Hivest Capital Partners over Agora Technologies. A mezzanine financing was granted by LFPI
- The senior lenders on the circa €110m add-on financing of the acquisition of Adone Conseil by Magellan. A €30m mezzanine financing was granted by Capza and BNP Paribas
- BNP Paribas and CACIB as Documentation Agents and Coordinators on the refinancing of the existing multicurrency revolving credit facility of Bel SA. The new RCF amounts to €550m and includes ESG criteria and objectives (sustainability linked loan)
