Ross’ expertise spans a wide range of industries including mining, environmental services, financial services, healthcare, technology, automotive, manufacturing and construction, among others. Ross focuses his practice on leveraged acquisitions, follow-on acquisitions and rollups, carve outs, co-investments and asset manager M&A.
Prior to joining the firm, Ross was special counsel at another prominent law firm.
