On April 9, 2026, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer client Velocity Restorations, LLC, a founder-owned business which restores classic Ford vehicles, announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with TRP Capital Partners and Battalion Capital Partners. The transaction closed on March 30, 2026.
