Advising on its anti-counterfeiting strategy in the UK and Europe, including the development of an innovative, multi-faceted approach to combat counterfeit products 

Realtime SIA

Successfully overturning a first instance decision in the Court of Appeal in litigation alleging breach of confidence, misuse of trade secrets and copyright infringement relating to Playtech’s Horizon platform. We secured a ruling setting aside permission to serve out of the jurisdiction, resulting in the proceedings being unable to continue against any of the original defendants.

Advising this global leader in premium tableware and glassware in a complex design dispute with a key competitor over a line of professional stemware

Condé Nast

Acting in litigation against a former website vendor asserting patent infringement, trade secret and trademark claims relating to Vogue's online magazine. We achieved narrow claim construction leading to a stipulation of noninfringement on all patent claims and secured a summary judgment dismissing all remaining claims
