Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer's US Growth and Strategic Integration Executive Partner Alison Brown has been named in Financial News' 100 Most Influential Women list – one of 25 new entrants this year.
Now in its 19th year, the list recognises senior female leaders in financial, legal and professional services.
Over the past year, Alison has played a pivotal role in the combination between Herbert Smith Freehills and Kramer Levin, from inception to launch. She worked alongside the firm's Global CEO Justin D'Agostino and Chair and Senior Partner Rebecca Maslen-Stannage on the origination and negotiation of the deal.
Since the launch of Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in June 2025, Alison, in her current role as US Growth and Strategic Integration Executive Partner, oversees the firm’s US investment plan and integration programmes.
In her previous role as Executive Partner, and as part of the global executive team, Alison led the firm's strategic priorities globally and, in particular, across the firm's EMEA, UK and US regions.
