Alison is a member of the firm's Executive with a focus on the strategic growth of our US business.

Alison is a seasoned leader, having held many leadership roles in the firm previously, including Executive Partner responsible for the UK, US and EMEA regions, and Global Managing Partner for our Employment, Pensions and Incentives practice.

She is recognised as a leading Pensions lawyer incorporating experience across many high-profile matters including M&A transactions, restructurings and disputes.
